Job Description

Our structured 10-week Internship programme is an experience that could last you a lifetime.

Running from the end of June to the end of August, we can offer you exposure to some of the world’s biggest and best-known brands, and provide many different opportunities to learn and develop your skills to start building your career.

What can you expect?

On our Customer Development programme you’ll go on a journey that may see you collaborate with business managers and executives.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to showcase products and deliver truly outstanding results with industry leaders such as Kit Kat®, Nescafé©®, Maggi® and Felix®

During our programme you will be assigned a relevant project or set of objectives that you'll work on under the mentorship of your allocated line manager, which will have real value to the business. At the end of your internship, you'll present your results and recommendations to senior managers and your team.
We will give you full support to explore the function and understand our business.

Our Internship is designed to help you cultivate the capabilities that we admire in our Graduates; being a quick learner, a team player and a talented organiser who is good at building relationships and focused on achieving results.

For our Customer Development programme, strong commercial acumen, good influencing skills and the ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes are also vital – and there’s no better place than Nestlé to attain these skills.
