Operator Apprenticeship (Dalston)

Are you looking to go from strength to strength?  

An Operator Apprenticeship is tailor-made for you. This is a one-year Apprenticeship where all your learning and practical experience will be delivered in the factory. You will study for a Level 3 qualification in Food Manufacturing Excellence, learning the skills and behaviours to become a best-in-class operator as well as the principles around key factory processes including Total Performance Management and Continuous Excellence.

During your twelve months, you will deliver at least one project, which will assist in moving the factory forward. On successful completion of your Apprenticeship, you will have the skills to step straight into an operations role in the factory, joining our team of highest skilled level operators.  

To be considered for our Operator Apprenticeship, starting in September 2016, you will need:
·       To be studying/have studied to A level or equivalent standard.
·       GCSEs at grade A* - C or equivalent in both English and Maths.
·       A desire to learn new skills
·       A commitment to quality, hygiene and safety
·       Initiative and the ability to solve problems.

Your starting salary will be £16,000 and will increase each year providing you've successfully completed your training and met our Nestlé standards.

If you are successfully selected to attend our Assessment Centre, this will be held on Wednesday 18th May 2016.
