Process Apprenticeship (Dalston)

Are you looking to go from strength to strength?  

Interested in developing a deeper understanding of factory processes, products and operations? Our three year Process Apprenticeship is exactly what you’re looking for. In the first year of the programme, you’ll blend practical experience in all areas of manufacturing and processing in the factory with studying for a Level 4 Certificate in Dairy Technology from Reaseheath College in Cheshire.

We will also ensure you experience a placement with an external supplier in packaging to broaden your knowledge. Years 2 and 3 of the programme will provide you with greater practical experience and will require you to sit a Level 4 Diploma in Food Manufacturing Excellence.   Depending on your skills and abilities and the requirements of the factory, we will support your development into an expert in one of a range of disciplines.

This could include moving into people management as a line manager, or focusing on Innovation & Renovation with product development. We also have a number of other opportunities.

To be considered for our Process Apprenticeship, starting in September 2016, you will need:
·       To be studying/have studied to A level or equivalent standard
·       GCSEs at grade A* - C or equivalent in both English and Maths
·       A desire to learn new skills
·       A commitment to quality, hygiene and safety
·       Initiative and the ability to solve problems

Your starting salary will be £17,850 and will increase each year providing you've successfully completed your training and met our Nestlé standards.  

If you are successfully selected to attend our Assessment Centre, this will be held on Friday 13th May.
