What can you expect?

The Apprenticeship programme is designed to expose you to a variety of roles.
These may involve everything from managing cash collections, to working on specific improvement projects, to collaborating with our commercial Sales and Marketing teams to ensure we invest wisely with customers and consumers.

At the same time, you’ll start working towards the CIMA Diploma in Business Accounting, studying on day release at a local training centre.
If you excel on the Apprenticeship, we will continue to support you towards your full CIMA qualifications.

In fact, you could be fully qualified within four years!

Who are we looking for?

The Nestle Apprenticeship programmes are designed to help you build and grow certain strengths and qualities.

For the Finance scheme you should have the ambition to become a Management Accountant and the desire to always go the extra mile.

We’re also looking for you to demonstrate good communication skills, IT literacy and attention to detail. In line with the updated UCAS scoring system, candidates who have completed their A-levels since 2017 will need 120 UCAS points from three A2 Level qualifications or equivalent (excluding General Studies and resits) to be eligible for this programme.
The equivalent requirement based on the former UCAS scoring system (2016 and previous) is 300 UCAS points from three A2 Level qualifications or equivalent (excluding General Studies and resits). All candidates will also need five GCSEs or equivalent at grades A*- C (including at least a B in Maths and English).
