  • Closes: 27 February 2018

In Summary

If you're looking for high calibre training leading to a degree qualification, together with business experience and a promising career, our Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship offers just that.

Job Description

With a real job from day one in one of our commercial functions, you'll make a genuine contribution to Nestlé. The focus will be on learning, so your job will support your studies as you work towards a full degree. And, of course, we'll fund your studies and pay you a regular salary too.

What Can You Expect?

The three-year programme offers you the chance to combine university studies with practical experience in a global business.
By the end of the Apprenticeship, you'll have well-developed commercial skills that will set you up for a rewarding career with us.

You'll study for a BA (Hons.) degree in Professional Business Practice at Sheffield Hallam University and combine this with placements in a number of Nestlé’s business functions.
On completion, you'll have developed the professional knowledge, a debt free degree and real career prospects with one of the biggest food manufacturers in the world.

In your first two years, you'll enjoy work placements in four of Nestlé’s commercial business areas and alongside this invaluable experience you'll have blocks of study at Sheffield Hallam.
For your final year, you will specialise into a specific business area, based on your strengths and Nestlé's business needs, whilst writing your dissertation.

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for ambitious and innovative candidates who have a genuine interest in developing a career in the food and drink industry.
Studying for a degree while holding down a job in a fast-moving business like ours can be demanding and challenging. But the rewards will be huge.

That's why we're looking for high quality people with real potential who can match our commitment and ambition.
In return, we'll pay your course fees, as well as all your costs for accommodation, meals and travel while you're studying in Sheffield.
Not to mention great support and a variety of benefits.
