Job Description

What can you expect?
Our IT Systems & Networking Advanced Apprenticeship will last up to 14 months and mixes real on the job work experience with dedicated class-room training, delivered in one and two week blocks, in Leeds.

You will build on your current IT knowledge by completing modules in IT Systems & Principles and IT Professional Competence in areas such as IT customer service, networking and Windows operating systems.

You will get the chance to put your knowledge into practice on a daily basis working as part of our fast-paced, high energy IT team delivering solutions and solving problems to keep our business moving.

The starting salary for the IT Advanced Apprenticeship is £16,000. If you perform well on the Apprenticeship, Nestlé will continue to support your journey and help you further your career.

You may also have the potential in future years, to become a leader within our global business. 

If you are successfully selected to attend our IT Apprentice Assessment Centre, this will be held on Friday 28th April 2017 at Nestlé House, York.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for ambitious individuals who want to become an expert in their field.

To be considered for this opportunity, starting in September 2017, you will need:

• 5 GCSEs or equivalent (actual or predicted) at grades A*- C, which must include English & Maths
  
•  An ICT qualification is preferable and a keen interest in IT is necessary
  
• An interest in digital assets (like websites and mobile apps), search engines and social media, and their commercial roles, is advantageous
