Additional Information
What can I expect? Over two years, our mentors will show you everything you need to know to effectively support food and drink production in our factories. You’ll learn how to start up and shut down our machines and how to use sophisticated automation technology. Diagnosing and resolving problems, you’ll keep our manufacturing process running smoothly and be supported every step of the way. By the end of the programme, you’ll have the confidence to do the role for real and push forward in your career.
What will you get out of it?You’ll start on a competitive annual salary which will be reviewed throughout the scheme. You’ll also have an Apprectice Level 3 qualification and be part of an organisation where you’ll be supported in progressing your career. At a company like ours, there’s a long way your ambition can take you.
Career Progression An apprenticeship is the start of an exciting career journey at Nestlé. Once you have completed the programme, your Line Manager will help you decide which direction you want to take in your career. Whichever direction you take, you’ll always be supported in achieving your full potential.
Entry Requirements To qualify, you’ll need Maths and English Language GCSEs (or equivalent), with actual or predicted grades at 9–4 (or A*- C if received in 2017 or earlier).
