What the HR Apprenticeship entails

As an HR Apprentice, you’ll be learning how we make Cereal Partners UK a great place to work, gaining an array of specific HR skills relating to your area of interest—HR systems, hiring strategies, training methods—whatever you need for the type of role that suits you. That’s how we’ll make sure you fit right in. You’ll learn by doing’ under the guidance of the HR team.

Who is eligible for the HR Apprenticeship?

To qualify, you’ll need five GCSEs including Maths and English (or equivalent) at grades 9-4 (or A*-C if received in 2017 or earlier). However, what’s as important is that you’re ready for a structured learning experience that will teach you something new each day. You’ll need to be agile and open-minded in your approach to fresh and unfamiliar challenges and eager to put your new skills into practice.

We’re looking for people who want to do work that really matters, and who appreciate their potential to do good. Here, even small changes make a huge difference. As an HR Apprentice, you’ll be learning how to make that difference a positive one. It’s what excites you about working with us, and it’ll ensure you fit right in.
