What can you expect?
We make some of the most popular confectionery on earth. Ever heard of KitKat or Polos? Exactly. Now we’re going to let you into the secret of how we do it. The science behind the process. How we solve problems in Manufacturing, how we set our standards, how we coach others to keep those standards.

It’s a two-and-half year programme where you will gain new skills and more ideas than you ever imagined possible. There’s also a chance to experience a bit of student life as you study at one of our learning centres in Lincoln or Somerset. The fresh ideas this inspires will help us to improve what we have, to innovate and to keep our world-class manufacturing operations moving forward.

But you won’t be on your own. You’ll have loads of support on top of your in-role training, combined with learning at college too! Here, during your first two years, you’ll have different college modules to work on. It’s a great opportunity to experience a bit of the student lifestyle and to meet other Nestlé Apprentices from around the country.

But it’s about a lot more than just networking. You’ll also cover key topics to get you thinking, learning and understanding Manufacturing. All this will help you become a great networker, an agile learner and a resilient performer. Oh and let’s not forget the Level 3 Advanced Food & Drink Process Operator Apprenticeship qualification you’ll take away with you. If ever there was a reason to feel proud – this is it.

Who are we looking for?

We want difference makers, value adders, boundary breakers. People who know what it takes to make it in the world’s largest food and drink manufacturer. Sure you’re going to need 5 GCSEs or equivalent (actual or predicted) at grades 9-4 (or A*-C if received in 2017 of before), including Maths Language and English. You’ll have to be 18 plus by the 1st September 2021. But it’s your attitude and your ambition that are going to drive that difference, so bring it on.
