A four-year programme that’s going to show you more than you ever imagined you could learn. Your fresh ideas will help us to improve what we have, to
innovate and to keep our world-class manufacturing operations moving forward. But you won’t be on your own. You’ll have loads of support and, on top of your in-role training, will learn at college, too. During your first two years, you’ll undertake different college modules and cover key topics to get you thinking, learning about and understanding manufacturing. All this will help you become an agile learner and a resilient performer. Oh, and let’s not forget the Level 3 Food & Drink Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship qualification you’ll take away with you. If ever there was a reason to feel proud – this is it.
