You’ll have loads of support and, on top of your in-role training, will learn at college, too. During your first two years, you’ll undertake different college modules and cover key topics to get you thinking, learning about and understanding manufacturing. All this will help you become an agile learner and a resilient performer. Oh, and let’s not forget the Level 3 Food & Drink Engineering Maintenance Apprenticeship qualification you’ll take away with you. If ever there was a reason to feel proud – this is it.
