Over the course of two years, you’ll find out how our quality standards are achieved and how we maintain them. That means being in the thick of it at our factories, observing and influencing quality assurance at every stage. You’ll not only learn how we get our products to taste so good, your fresh ideas will also help maintain them as worldwide favourites.
On your placement in either Halifax or Dalston, you’ll work alongside some of our best people in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Innovation & Renovation and Quality, and will form valuable relationships in many different areas of the business along the way. You’ll also have the chance to take part in various projects giving you hands-on experience where you’ll rely on your initiative to solve problems in real-life factory situations.
We’re always looking for new ways to improve our processes, from production right through to consumer and when it comes to fresh ideas and perspective, it’s our new recruits we turn to. We want you to be inspired by your placement, so strap in and get ready for those ‘eureka’ moments coming thick and fast. Once you’re on a roll, the sky’s the limit.
Who are we looking for?
People who can be cautious when required, yet who are unafraid to speak up when they’ve got an idea that could really improve the way we do things. Remember that time you spent gaining your Science Degree at uni, learning how to problem solve and develop your own ideas? We want you to put that learning into practice.
Your placement will be a warm-up for you taking a front seat in decision-making that will have a direct effect on our organisation. We want people who’re aiming to become our future factory and corporate Quality Managers. People who can’t wait to take control of their careers and build something that they can really be proud of.
So if you’re a brilliant communicator who is champing at the bit to put your big thinking into action, let’s chat. We think we might have a lot in common.
