What can you expect?
Our two-year scheme immerses you in the world of big brand marketing, working across one of three businesses: Purina, Confectionery or Nestlé Professional.

Join at Assistant Brand Manager level to understand the fundamentals of marketing and brand management at Nestlé. Year 1 you will learn the foundations and could work on communication, innovation, renovation and shopper marketing projects. 
In your 2nd year, you will continue to take on more responsibility, owning projects and working cross functionally with other functions e.g. manufacturing, sales etc. 

Work in Nestlé Professional and you’ll spend the first year working with comms on building assets and other marketing materials.
In the second year, you could transfer to our Sales team, finding out how it links to Marketing and giving you broader commercial experience.
You’ll also work cross-functionally, building relationships beyond Nestlé Professional, such as with Supply Chain and Sales, to create confectionery solutions for our brands.

Who are we looking for?
No one day is the same in Marketing. We are looking for real problem solvers to support our brands in the creation and delivery of our 3 year plans. You could be leading cross functional teams to bring innovation to life, will need to analyse data from multiple sources to create clear action plans, lead internal and external teams (agencies) to create and deliver communication projects e.g. digital, shopper marketing, effectively manage marketing spend and be the consumer champion for your brand and apply this to all elements of the role.

If you’re curious, love solving problems and are passionate about brands, this is an outstanding opportunity to develop your marketing skills and apply them in a business critical role.
You’ll need great analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from complex data, turning it into actionable plans for the business.
