In Summary

Two-Year Engineering Graduate Scheme with The Nestlé Academy

Job Description

What can you expect?
Get ready for a two-year placement in the UK, working alongside some of the best engineering experts in any industry today. Get ready to build the skills that will see you emerging as a fully-fledged Nestlé Engineer at the end. Get ready to develop true intellectual property for engineering solutions.

You’ll go on two 12-month placements. The first gives you the choice to learn about product engineering or to focus on the mechanical side – the design and installation of new equipment relating to new products or technological developments. Either way, you’ll have plenty to keep you busy with other projects running alongside your placement.

The second 12-month placement is all about maintenance and industrial services and getting to know the weird and wonderful machines we use to make our products. There’s all manner of team activities to take part in and you’ll have chance to throw your opinion into reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be working with key stakeholders and real engineering experts. Mentored to the max. Coached to perfection. Chartership opportunities like you wouldn’t believe, and all this as you work on our top three priority innovation projects. That’s right – top three!

At the end of the course, you’ll emerge fully qualified and ready to go into maintenance, planning, automation, industrial or electrical engineering, depending on your area of interest.

About Us

Nestlé Academy has built its reputation as a continual innovator over a history of more than a century and a half.
So for an ambitious Engineering Graduate, it really is the best of both worlds.
A safe, secure business with which to build a successful career but, also, the kind of employer that encourages you to try new ways of doing things.

That’s why we’re now looking for people who love exploring ideas. Does that sound like you?
For example, have you been weighing up which of the world’s biggest brands could get your career off to the best start, now that you’ve graduated or will be graduating soon?
That bold, impressive ability to look critically at your choices is just what we want to see from the next generation of Nestlé innovators.
