This is your opportunity to be trained in how to operate in a food production environment, improving work practices, learning about quality, safety and hygiene with a huge array of products and processes.

Once into your Apprenticeship we will be looking for you to analyse and improve what we have, to keep us fresh and innovative.
You’ll look at our processes and will use your skills, training and ideas to keep our world-class manufacturing operations moving forward.

This is a three-year UK wide program which is split between college and workplace.
This will encompass six modules over the first two years immersing you in key topics. Each module lasts one week and will be off site at a college.
This provides a great opportunity for you to build relationships with your peers outside the workplace. We will cover all travel and accomodation costs, including meal allowances.
Each year your salary will increase on successful completion of your training and your upward progression could see you fast becoming one of our experts in a range of fields.

Who are we looking for?
We’re after individuals who just need the chance to show how they can make a difference, add value and excel – we’re the largest food and drinks manufacturer in the world, so this is a unique opportunity.
The apprenticeship starts in September 2019. To be considered, you will need: 5 GCSEs or equivalent (actual or predicted) at grades 9 - 4 (or A* - C if received in 2017 or previous), which must include English and Maths.

Due to shift working, there is a minimum age requirement for this role and therefore to be eligible you must be 18 by 1st September 2019.
