Job Description
HR Graduate Programme
Are you looking to go from strength to strength?
Offering you exposure to some of the world's biggest and best-known brands, and many different opportunities to learn, develop and progress, the Nestlé Academy is the perfect place to start - and continue - building your career.
Our HR Graduate Programme is a two-year accelerated scheme, focused on developing future business leaders through exposure to HR in both commercial and manufacturing settings.
Over the course of the programme, you will be able to gain experience in one or more of three different roles. You could work as an HR Graduate Business Partner based in one of our factories or head offices. You could take on a specialist role in our Centre of Expertise, focusing on talent and resourcing, reward and organisational capability. Or you could do an operational placement in Recruitment and Employee Services.
From day one, you'll be given real responsibility. By the end of the two years, you should be well on your way to enjoying a successful career in HR.
The programme is designed to help you build on certain strengths, which we look for in all our graduates. These include being a quick learner, strong team player and talented organiser who is good at building relationships and focused on achieving results. For the HR Programme, it's also important that you have real commercial acumen and influencing skills. In return, we'll offer you a generous salary and benefits package. There will also be opportunities for you to work in various locations - possibly even abroad.
