On our Manufacturing Graduate Scheme you can gain safe experience of the manufacturing process of globally-recognised brands, across a number of roles.

What can you expect?

On our two year programme, Manufacturing Graduates can embed themselves within the Nestlé Continuous Excellence teams on site and begin to learn and implement key manufacturing excellence tools such as Goal Alignment, every day problem solving and Focused Improvement.

You will contribute to the factory's Operational Master Plan by carrying out loss analysis, scoping and where possible delivering improvement projects.
You will be attending, contributing and coaching within our Operational Reviews, and given front line management development and experience, shadowing and standing in for Shift Managers.
