Job Description
Joining the Nestle HR team through our Graduate scheme, you may rotate through a number of roles including: HR Business Partner based in a factory or Head Office, specialist roles in our Centre of Expertise (Talent & Resourcing, Reward or Organisational Capability) and Operational placements in Recruitment or Employee Services.
You’ll also gain exposure to some of the world’s biggest and best-known brands, and have many different opportunities to learn and develop the skills to start building a successful HR career.
The Graduate scheme can provide you with a real breadth of experience across our organisation and an exciting insight into both strategic and operational people practices.
What can you expect?
The Nestle HR Graduate scheme is a two-year accelerated programme, focused on supporting the development of well-rounded knowledge through exposure to HR in both commercial and manufacturing settings.
From day one as an HR Graduate you will be given real responsibility through managing projects, implementing change and supporting our diverse business portfolio.
Throughout the Nestle Graduate programme you’ll have strong senior connections, including support from a dedicated graduate champion and opportunities to interact with our Nestlé Leadership Team.
Who are we looking for?

For the HR Graduate programme we’re looking for committed individuals with the ability to embrace and be an advocate of change, and who show persuasive communication skills whilst considering differing points of view.
In addition, you’ll need to have an incisive understanding of the vital role HR plays and be able to impact on the performance of the business.
