As part of the Supply Chain team you will be exposed to some of the world’s biggest and most-loved brands, build strong relationships with customers, and have fantastic opportunities to develop and progress.

What can you expect?

As a Supply Chain Graduate, you'll be able to gain insight into how one of the FMCG industry's most complex supply chains is managed.
You'll take on various placements across the breadth of the supply chain which could include logistics, supply planning, demand planning, customer facing roles, and procurement.
Your responsibilities could range all the way from running a warehouse shift to managing our inventory within key customers or communicating our business goals with our suppliers.

Throughout the two year Graduate programme you’ll have strong senior connections, including support from a dedicated graduate champion and opportunities to interact with our Nestlé Leadership Team.

Who are we looking for?

The Nestlé Graduate programme is designed to help you build on certain strengths.
These include being a quick learner, strong team player and talented organiser who is good at building relationships and focused on achieving results.
For the Supply Chain programme, it's also important that you enjoy planning ahead and are always looking for ways to make things even better.
To ensure you gain a full experience and understanding of our Supply Chain function, you must be geographically mobile throughout the two year programme, as you may be placed at any of our UK and Ireland sites, including factory environments.
